| Unfortunately our system does not allow for model specific rentals therefore the rentals will depend on the availability of the vehicles. Nevertheless, we always try to do all that we possibly can to meet your needs. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have a preference. |

>> WHO IS ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE CAR? |
| In principle the driver of the vehicle should be the person who appears as the 'Driver of the Vehicle' in our reservation forms as this will be the person who is resposible for the vehicle. By default the driver will the the person who has carried out the rental. The driver shall present his or her driver's license upon pick-up of the vehicle. In some cases a second person will be allowed to drive the vehicle but only when he or she provides their personal data and shows their driver's license in our offices. |

>>SHOULD I INSTALL THE ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES MYSELF? |
| Yes. Installation of the additional accessories will be carried out by the person who rents the vehicle. The reason for this is that in the event of an accident from incorrect installation of the accessories we will not be held liable for any damages caused. |

>>WHY SHOULD I BRING PROOF OF MY PERSONAL ADDRESS WHEN I PICK UP THE CAR? |
| Unfortunatly car theft is a common occurence. Each car that we lose adds to our costs which in turn have to be reflected in our prices. If we ask for proof of address we will better avoid people who attempt to steal cars. We hope that you will understand that this measure is to minimize our risks and to assure you of having the most competitive prices. |

>>CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION THROUGH A TRAVEL AGENCY? |
| Record Rent a Car always strives to offer direct and secure service. Because of this the association with many other agencies is part of our objectives. At the moment there are few agencies which you can use to make reservations with Record. Nevertheless we hope that shortly the number of Record agents will have risen significantly. >>WHY SHOULD I BRING MY CREDIT CARD? |
| Unfortunatly credit card fraud is a common occurence. The measure of requiring you to produce the credit card specified in the reservation for supplementary costs allows us to avoid fraud. |
